Last September 17, STAND UP mobbed Budget Secretary Abad after a forum at the UP Diliman School of Economics. We feel that this behavior is shameful and uncivilized, and does not represent the conduct of the rest of the UP Diliman student body. Sign this petition to let STAND UP know that their views and actions do not represent us, and that they must either explicitly distance themselves from the rest of us, or publicly apologize for their actions.
