Fred Adams is dedicated to the community of Coles Crossing in many ways. The most important aspect of our community is safety. Safety First! Fred already spends his time and treasure making sure all Coles residents and guests are safe. Fred has helpd our community in other ways also. Fred is a businessman, family man, and Leader. Lisa Foley will be leaving our board of directors soon. The board could propose an election to fill the vacancy but they will likely appoint someone. Please consider letting the board know that Fred Adams is a great candidate for Coles Crossing HOA board. Fred does not know I am doing this but our board needs guidance at times from the community. Fred has stated he is open to helping the community by being a director on the Coles Crossing HOA board.

I have been hearing from many neighbors who agree that Fred is the right person to look out for our safety. The board has remained quiet on their plans for the vacancy but your support ensures they know we are paying attention.

Seeing this level of support for Fred proves that so many of you share my vision for a safer neighborhood. I never expected this to gain such momentum so quickly. It confirms that the board needs to listen to our call for real community leadership.

Fred is always out walking the neighborhood and checking on things he really cares about this place. He would do a great job.

WE NEED FRED!!! The board has been a mess lately and he actually knows how to run a business. Put him in already.
