IN THE UNITED STATES SENATE In Re: WE THE PEOPLE vs THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES PETITION TO DENY CONSENT TO SIGN THE COPENHAGEN TREATY OF DECEMBER 7-18, 2009 On December 7, 2009, an international conference of world leaders will convene in Copenhagen, Denmark, allegedly with regard to climate change. The contents of the treaty reveal that the actual purpose for the conference is to dissolve the individual sovereignty of the participating nations in favor of a world government otherwise known as The New World Order. President Barack Hussein Obama is scheduled to sign that treaty. DEMAND THAT THE UNITED STATES SENATE DENY CONSENT TO PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA TO SIGN THE COPENHAGEN TREATY Come now the below signatories, representing the People of the United States, who hereby Petition the Senate of the United States to comply with the explicit order of the sovereign people to vote unanimously to deny consent for President Barack Hussein Obama to sign said Copenhagen Treaty under consideration at the conference to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark from December 7 through December 18, 2009. WHEREAS, U.S. Const., art. II, sec. 2, provides that President Barack Hussein Obama shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and WHEREAS, the United States Senate is without authority to override the explicit orders of the sovereign people of the United States; and WHEREAS, a breach by the United States Senate of its duty to the sovereign people of the United States as explicitly ordered herein will result in dismissal of all incumbent senators from the United State Senate over the next three election years, as each term expires, for replacement by anyone other than the incumbent in retribution for breach of said duty; and WHEREAS, the sovereign people demand immediate publication and full disclosure of each and every vote made concerning provision of consent for President Barack Hussein Obama to sign said Copenhagen Treaty; and WHEREAS, it is the sworn duty of the United States Senate to obey the explicit orders of the sovereign people of the United States and any refusal to obey such orders constitutes perjury committed during administration of oath of office; and WHEREAS, the refusal by any member of the United States Senate to obey the explicit will of the sovereign people constitutes a violation of the will of the people, which is an act of violence against the sovereign people, and is therefore punishable as treason; NOW THEREFORE, the People of the United States demand the United States Senate vote unanimously in accordance with this explicit order to deny consent for President Barack Hussein Obama to sign the Copenhagen Treaty.
