Are you tired of the lines and often poor service at some of the other warehouse stores? If yes, please sign the petition.
Are you tired of driving over an hour to find a Costco? If yes, please sign the petition.
The purpose of this petition is to get as many signatures as possible to support building a Costco in Ocala, FL (or at least in Marion County). Once we have a large number of signatures, the petition will be sent to Costco headquarters showing our support and desire to have them seriously consider building a warehouse that is much more convenient for us all.
Have you ever shopped at the other warehouse stores? Many of us have and almost always we find that the quality of products that Costco offers is superior to all the others. Another important factor is how Costco treats their employees. Why not support and shop at the store that historically treats its employees very well. Costco tends to pay higher wages, which often translates into happy employees and these employees subsequently spend money in the local community.
Lastly, we love the level of service that they have. Compare how fast you can get through the checkout line at Costco compared to other warehouse stores. If you have a return, it is quick and easy.
Join this petition to try to get the attention of Costco Management and try to persuade them to build a Costco Warehouse locally.

I lived in Naples shopped there at least once a week for something! Please bring a Costco to Ocala. I will be moving to Ocala and just can’t live without one! It’s perfect for senior citizens on social security to buy bulk once a month! So please!
Ocala, Fl is in the center of three major neighborhoods. North we have Gainesville and the U of F. South, we have The Villages. And Marion county has about 350,000 pop. and is growing fast.
We had several Costco stores to shop at in Northern Virginia. Gave up my membership when we moved to Ocala and there are no Costco’s within a reasonable driving distance. SR 200 in southwest Ocala is flourishing with new construction. A Costco would fit in perfectly!
I have a Costco membership that I drive from Ocala to Jacksonville to go to. Ocala really needs a Costco. I am tired of the typical bad attitude of people that hate their jobs. Costco employees always greet you with a smile and are glad you are there!
We are Costco members and make the 3 hour round trip every 2 month to Orlando just to shop at Costco. We would be there weekly if there was a Costco closer. The Villages FL has been hoping for a Costco for over 10 years now. There is a good population to support a new store here.
Need a Costco on Ocala. The Villages, FL is too far and the location is in a bad spot.

Marion County has grown rapidly over the last few years. Adding a Costco would add well paying jobs with a great company and more options for all the year round and part time residents out here.
