Corruption in the Pennsylvania courts is growing at an alarming rate because there is no effective oversight. The lawyers don't have the capacity to discuss it and the victims have nowhere to go. The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board has repeatedly been proven to be ineffective. We are no longer willing to waive our Constitutional rights to due process and fair play. Thus we, the signatories of this Petition, want the Pennsylvania legislators, particularly, the Pennsylvania House and the Senate judiciary committee members, to have public hearings on judicial reforms and judicial elections.
