Banning CPS wrote false reports against the father of my grandchildren. The children were adopted out to someone who has child abuse history in the past and she abused my grandchild in her foster care. Riverside CPS fought my entire family viciously. When CPS brought the baby home, the eldest child was already at home with the Foster mother and the foster mother told CPS that she was not attached to the eldest child only the newborn who she never knew. Riverside CPS instead of removing the children immediately from the home, turned around and stated that "all children must be treated equally'. The Foster mother continued over a period of years to make division and racial remarks between the two children one is blonde and blue eyed and the other is dark- skinned. A lot of times the eldest child would have scratch and black eyes unexplainable, when the relative would ask what happened she would say "oh they have a fight". The Foster mother continue to belittle the eldest child and make comparisons that are traumatizing. At one point the Foster mother took the eldest child and lock her in the room and she cried for hours and defecated on herself and she told the relative who was the babysitter at the time, not to open the door and cuddle the child, she stated that "I don't cuddle children in my home". Please share our story. We need legal help!!! As cannabis patients with (1 valid- 215 card and one valid dr. Rec. 99 plant dry cannabis exempt card)we were within all our legal rights, doing all our due diligence to make sure the children were safely away from the cannabis and that we were just having enough for us as patience/parents. Multiple Riverside county law enforcement agencies came banging on our door screaming at us they had a search warrant, but they refused to show us the warrant so that's when we started to record them on our phone asking them "where is the warrant" "we want to see the warrant" and that's when they arrested us, physically attacking my wife to take the phone from her. angrily the lead detective (wade grier) bullied (got in 12 yrs old son's face telling him if he didn't "shut the f*** up and sit down he would go to jail just like his daddy did") while he is crying in the yard asking why his parents were being taken away . Lead detective (wade grier) also spent about 10 minutes worth of their time walking by smirking at the children as if he was getting off on it like some cruel sociopath. When our daughter asked what happened to her dog he (wade grier) smirked at her and threw the paper at her feet for the animal shelter. we will need a lawyer for the CPS kidnappers in order to get our children back. we will need a lawyer for the criminal child endangerment charges, and we will need a civil rights attorney for the multiple violations including our first and fourth Ammendment rights. She new we were poor but had a nice house on subsidized housing, while going to school. Cps came I let them in he was surprised everything was perfect he was dumbfounded. I went through their hoops it was long and horrific my 5 yr old got raped, she had to testify in court on him he got 17 yrs; they still didn’t her back they adopted her . Two daughters got adopted by a man and women the women made sure they knew there entire childhood that she told social services she didn’t want two, one was targeted and treated like the scapegoat the other the golden child, my son went to his rapist father has irreparable damage. When my children were in my custody they were safe, from all that. My family and I became victims of the evil of Riverside CPS in Marietta not only did they wrongfully remove our two daughters they adopted out my newborn son without offering me reunification services while his sisters were placed with my family they already had a family ready to adopt him before he was even born and we found out later that they changed his name before the adoption was final we have still yet to be notified of the adoption being final we appealed having our parental rights taken away from our son and we’re told that the appellate court would be contacting us with a new public defenders we never heard from anybody I emailed called did my due diligence and still never heard anything. All of this started June 2019 and my son was born February 2020 I still don’t know anything about his adoption or any information regarding our appeal I feel not only are the social workers but the public defenders and the judge are all negligent and have ulterior motives. Ive been through very close to the same situation but for my Son and I this was back in 2012. There are no boundries that the entire process wont cross and much too many violations of their own rules and my Sons rights as well as my rights as a parent. If C.P.S has an office inside the police sub station that should say all anyone needs to know about the criminal nature and scope of the process to remove children without cause from unsuspecting families. Heresay should never be allowed in a juvenile matter and parents should never have to fight to keep their children at home only to have the process rip them out of the only home they know and thrust into the negligence of a department that takes them at will under the umbrella of child protection to enable federal funds filed for through juvenile court cases which is the most over funded and unworthy and non accountable government department in the nation. In my case its centered around SOUTHWEST JUSTICE CENTER.

9/17 will arrived to pick our son up from the hospital at St Bernardine's in San Bernardino from the NICU. They informed us that our son's doctor was unavailable so that there would be no discharge on this date. Later on that day we called to double check our son's discharge. And still they denied his discharge because the doctor was not available. We informed them that tomorrow will pick up our child. Later on that night CPS took our child from the hospital. Saying that we abandoned our child and has kept him they kidnapped our kid.

In Merced county the obgyn made false accusations and adopted my kids out after refusing my evidence against there false accusations, they stated they listen to hearsay.

They remove children whom are loved and care for not abused not neglected whal other parents who allow there children to roam there apartment complex with no clothes full diapers screamed at and schooless. Others r just neglected . My family was ripped apart on July 29 2009 . My children wanted for nothing had what they needed school was almost there, (age wise) they knew they were loved and well cared for. I left there several abusive father and today I have seen my kids go to more then 10 foster family's. I went to all the 'recomended' classes I went through their counseling I did everything plus some in flying colors I even got my advocacy certificates for battered women I'd say completed their quote unquote recommendations with honors and it's still had my parental rights removed now this many years later my 19-year-old won't speak to me let alone call me by my name she calls me her or refers to me as she my middle daughter is a self-mutilator who is also disrespectful and speaks to me as little as possible my son has behavioral issues and all three feel like I left him and I never wanted them and I don't love them all because Cps butted their nose where it did not belong.

Took my kids when they only asked me to do outpatient but I deadicated me everything into inpatient, outpatient. 14 meetings a week, sober living, I graduated everything and never touched a drug for a year then my worker told my mom to kick me out when she was in the hospital for attempting suicide. So she kicked me out and cps said that I could not be a mom because I didn't have a home, so they cut me off seeing my kids and family disowned me while I was still sober, causing me to do heavier drugs as now I was suicidal having nothing to live for. They stole my kids and got money for each child under 5. They are kidnappers and against mom and child. At least the cops in Idaho is pro mom and baby. California cps is a scam and no one does anything about it. I sign this petition as factual enlightenment to charge cps with kidnapping and torture as they place kids in homes where they are molested and treated as if they were their income bonus. Currently in the process of reunification through the riverside juvenile dependency court due to a report Dr. Mark Massi made saying 2 of my 3 children tested positive for illicit drugs. His test resulted in the removal of all my children from my home and when I asked for my children to be retested the assigned social worker told me I would need to ask court to approve retesting. After asking court and having retesting approved I then contacted the social worker and was told at that point I would have to " figure it out". Due to my children being minors I was not able to just take them on myself without them having identification cards. Finally when I was able to find a facility to accommodate having my children rested I went to court and they said that the time that had gone by was long enough to account for the discrepancy in the new test results which said that my children had no illicit drugs in their system. Anyone who has reservations about any validity in any testing provided by Dr. Massi I highly encourage you to get a second opinion ASAP. WE NOW HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH FAMILY FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS. THEY RUINED OUR LIVES. I FINALLY MAXED OUT ON THAT CHARGE AFTER 5 YEARS.. AND NOW HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD

They are on medications now and need mental counselling . CPS took our granddaughter and immediately started the process for the kinship foster placement to be approved for adoption. Care giver was approved for adoption 2.5 months after baby was taken. They put more effort into keeping the baby than they do into reunification!

THEY TOOK MY KIDS ON FALSE ALLIGATIONS AND ARE DOING EVERYTHING IN THERE POWER TO KEEP THEM FROM ME. I HAVE COMPLETED THE CASE PLAN WHILE THEY KEEP ADDING MORE AND MORE TO THE CASE PLAN LIST. I AM NOT AN OFFENDING PARENT AND HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING FOR CPS TO REMOVE MY KIDS.

I've been in court since November 2022. My child is medically fragile with a gastric tube. I've had 1xvidutcin March none in April and I don't go back to court until November 2023. My daughtérs 7 months old and I've only seen her 3 times. She was hospitalized I February I wasn't informed until 2 days later and was kicked out of the hospital by the social worker even though I have full medical. I've been to court 3 times Since Nov. 2022 and I don't go back until Nov. 2023. How is this legal?
