We are in the process of setting up a Community Group to fundraise and refurbish Cupar’s existing skatepark and pumptrack at Duffus Park.

Skateparks and pumptracks are massive community assets and benefit the whole local area. The skatepark/pumptrack in Duffus Park is now in need of refurbishment to increase its use and offer an improved facility for everyone in the local area. By showing the demand through this petition, we then intend to launch a community group to create a feasibility study to show the need for refurbishment before starting to fundraise to refurbish both the skatepark and build a modern pumptrack on the site of the current dirt track. We plan to (and in some cases, have already) interact with relevant sport Governing bodies, local Council, Duffus Sports Hub, Cupar YMCA, local schools + businesses amongst more for support. We hope the improved facility will appeal to & be well used by a wide variety of activities and all ages & abilities.
