The 2020 Presidential Vote Recount Petition

PREAMBLE

We, the Donald Trump voters, support our President’s current allegations of voter fraud, that the majority of printed and television media are identifying as false. We consider this a rush to judgment. This includes Fox News and CNN, which have declared Vice President Joe Biden President-Elect without a verification process of the votes in swing States where Donald J. Trump has brought demands for legal recounts.

As far as allegations, there are numerous eye-witness accounts of a lack of proper verification of mail-in ballots, pollsters signing mail-in ballots on behalf of voters, mail-in ballots for deceased voters, pollsters counting while hiding behind partitions, and Republican Party observers being forced to watch the counting process at an absurd distance. We vehemently object to Democratic Party machines running the vote-counting operations, without a fair and independent verification of the tabulation process.

As far as the media’s patently biased and unfair desires to dismiss the aforementioned voter fraud allegations, and declaring Joe Biden President-Elect, I will present the following information from Project Veritas as one example of the aforementioned fraud accusations:

• The media start every story about Republicans discussing voter fraud with the phrase “without evidence” or “without a SHRED of evidence” or they call it “baseless” or you name it. But Republicans keep showing them evidence and then they ignore it or play it down like “oh it’s not WIDESPREAD.”That’s not how it is supposed to work. If there are instances of fraud or abuse that exhibit a pattern then you should assume the POTENTIAL for there to be other examples, and therefore go check before you just hand over an election.
• Here’s Project Veritas with EVEN MORE evidence to add to the evidence already handed over to the media, courts, and Democrats of incompetence, malfeasance, mishandling, deceit, and more (see Giuliani’s presser this morning, eg). Project Veritas journalists found eight-to-10 spoiled ballots Thursday set outside a voting site here in trash bags in violation of Pennsylvania and federal law. “These ballots can’t be part of a recount, because they were tossed out with the garbage,” said James O’Keefe. “Not only were they tossed out, but someone also ripped up the ballots by hand.” Al Gore wasn’t ready to concede despite the networks calling it, and went all the way to the Supreme Court over the issue of Florida ballots. When Trump does a similar thing, with MORE foundation and more legal precedence, they claim he’s UNDERMINING FAITH IN OUR ELECTIONS.

PRESIDENT TRUMP’S STATEMENT, NOVEMBER 7, 2020

We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access. “So what is Biden hiding? Dear Ms. Cortez:

As far as purging Trump supporters? YOU’LL PAY HELL DOING IT.

CALL TO ACTION

Damn the Banana-Republiccalls upon the more than seventy million Trump supporters who voted on November 3, 2020, to demand recounts and in all the following swing States, which includes Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Minnesota, Georgia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. If impropriety or fraud is discovered in any of these States, then we demand a total nationwide recount.

The recount must be performed by equal numbers of Democrat and Republican pollsters, as well and third party proctors assigned by the United States Justice Department. There is no reason this should not happen if the Democrats are not hiding polling place fraud or misconduct. Let the vote counting be a truly transparent process to prove to Trump Supporters that this election and outcome are legitimate.

Anything less than what is demanded in this petition will forever put a specter of doubt and illegitimacy on this 2020 Presidential Election, and render the United States a Banana-Republic, instead of what was intended by our founding fathers, which is the Constitutional Republic.
