We the people are signing this petition to show support for David Mulligan and Cheri Morris. It is our wish that the State of Florida will grant David Mulligan probation transferred to the State of Alabama. We believe that these two people are positive and active members of our community who are helpful and environmentally and socially conscious. We believe that David should attend Alcoholic Anonymous Meetings as treatment for his alcoholism. This will enable him to stay away from alcohol while being a healthy member of society. This, I think, would be in the best interest for everyone, David himself and the community at large. Please consider allowing David to continue to live freely in our community.
