Dear NTL and Namco Bandai Games,
I am writing a petition, on behalf of all the hardcore English speaking fans of the dragon ball z universe, that have gone out of their way to obtain access to a game that is taking to long to reach their way.
dbocom.com the number 1 english fansite that is dedicated towards helping Americans, English and generally all people with any ability to speak english to play the game.
All that we ask is that you try to speed up the process and launch a global server that focuses on the english language, with it being the second most common language in the world after mandarin chinese.
We know developing games especially MMORPG's isnt a simple process, but the game has been made in Korea already and all we are asking is that you release us a translated version, if we have to follow the updates of the other regions meaning that we will always be a few steps behind then so be it, we would anyway because of the the 2 year gap that is slowly increasing.
If you do decide to take action upon our request, would you please make a multi-currency accepted official website, and perhaps make dbocom.com the official forums page as it has been very helpful to many.

I have been spending my nights translating feedback from the community to make sure our request is as clear as possible for the developers. The frustration of being left out of this universe is something I feel every single day when I try to log in. We are not giving up because this game deserves a home for all of us.
