America in General including Michigan has the 3rd highest Murder Rate Globally. We the people are tired of the (Open door Policy). Even when a murderer is sentenced to life without parole, time and time again they are still paroled anyway. We do not wish to stand for this any longer. We want the Death Penalty back. We are not going to candy coat this or get overly political. We are tired of murderers being allowed to murder again. We feel that if a person faces death for killing another human being that they will indeed think twice.
