Help create awareness and legislation that will require insurance companies to pay for diabetic supplies. How is it fair to ask my child to pay over $600 a month just for life saving insulin for the rest of her life?

Reaching this level of support has been exhausting yet it proves that I am not fighting this battle alone. The weight of these insurance costs is still heavy but knowing so many people feel this injustice gives me the fuel to keep going.

These meds are a necessity for staying alive, no excuse why they should not be covered. Isn't that the reason people pay for insurance.
Insurance is hard enough to afford. The least it can do is WORK the way it's supposed to.

People really need insurance to cover things they may not be able to afford. Its messed up that the government is taking it away from people who really need it.
