As a member of the law enforcement community, I am sincerely hoping that this company gets shut down. I'm also hoping that anyone else in the company who may be culpable in that man's actions, in anyway, is charged within the fullest extent of the law.
No amount of accolades will ever outweigh the ugliness perpetrated and perpetuated by this company. The board was aware of the actions of Harvey Weinstein and enabled him by providing protection from repercussions. Thus, they should dissolve in total.

The Weinstein Company knew for years that Harvey Weinstein was sexually assaulting and abusing women and shamefully did nothing but help to cover it up. The Company should not only be dissolved but its board members should be held legally accountable.
