I confirm that the induction process did not violate any regulation regarding ragging and there was no misconduct by the seniors. There was no ragging being done, it was all about us getting aware of what is expected from us at corporate level. The process was about helping us in learning from our senior batch whatever they had learnt and in turn make us ready for the 2 rigorous years at DMS and also for our future. It was all in our benefit.
Yes, I agree . .There were no elements of ragging. Infact we were gaining a lot in terms of personality development and communication skills. We need the Induction back on track.
Juniors were not ragged by the seniors
There was no ragging during the induction procedure held at exhibition hall on 24th July.

Induction is a good platform to learn from seniors. I would want it continues.
