Notable states that are not requiring face masks during play are Texas, Florida, and California(If they’re season isn’t cancelled) Being a Basketball Player myself I can tell you masks warm up your breath and body temperature and do not allow you to take adequate breaths while doing physical activity. Once you start sweating and your mask soaks it in it’s as if someone is gagging you and impossible to breath.
