I Sabrina Throckmorton have created the following petition to keep Leroy Stratton Jr. behind bars. Leroy is in prison now for the child molestation of my daughter Bianca and only after 17months they are trying to set him free.I have recently received a letter in the mail that state he will be offered and evaluated for a "Community Transition Program". In the letter as well it states that I have the right to submit a written statement to the court so I have chosen to put together this petition to make my statement heard loud and clear to the courts.
