In the beautiful, quaint, unique Village of Skaneateles, a small parasite, and pale skinned, blonde haired individuals, have maligned the reputations of various species of water fowl. This petition seeks a resolution of the Village Board condemning this improper parasitic behavior and acknowledging the millennia of service water fowl have provided to our maritime environment.
