We, the undersigned, oppose the plans to build a Wal-Mart discount store across from the Kroger plaza on S. Roxboro St. We have strong concerns regarding traffic, safety and property depreciation in this currently neighborhood-friendly corridor of southwest Durham. We urge the members of the Planning Commission and City Council to find alternative development options for this area.
