We the undersigned request that a dust control agent be used to control the hazardous dust that is being caused do to the sufficient increase in traffic on the county roads due to the replacement of the bridge on US 169 highway.

The following roads are effected County line South of Gower , NW 268th St, NW Poage Rd and NW 284th St.

This hazard being diminished visibility caused by the clouds of dust, damage to vehicles, damage to crops and inhalation dangers of toxic and fine silica dust to families and pets living on roads, divers using roads and livestock in the area especially to people with medical conditions. There has already been a rollover and several minor accidents in the first few weeks.

This request is made to the Missouri Department of Transportation who closed the main Highway for the bridge replacement knowing that these roads would be used as a bypass, the Clinton County Road and Bridge and the Clinton County Commissioners who are responsible for maintaining the saftey of the County roads.
