We the undersigned protest the 2006 CAM repayment charges and the property tax repayment. We also protest the catch up billing for 2007. We are requesting an audit from 2005-2006, to include the details (due to questionable expenses) of all bills for the property so that we can understand how the figures were calculated. If Inland feels that we will recieve a credit in 2008 due to over payment in 2007 then leave the 2006 & 2007 charges the same and they should balance. The invoice statements that where sent to the tenents are not only above current market value, but are grossly over charged. Small companies such as the undersigned do not have the funds to accomodate such bills and could drive away many of your current tenants. It is the hope of the Eldridge 1960 tenents to pay only their PRO RATA share of CAM(insurance, utilities & maintenance)and property tax charges per square feet of each individual lease space. We will take the necessary actions to ensure that we are paying the fair market value of all charges.
