It was decided in early August by the Food Festival Board that the Emsworth Food Festival was to be scrapped completely. Instead, there will be a series of small Sunday markets held in the South Street carpark (organised by the same company that run the Havant market). Many Emsworth residents and visitors to Emsworth are unhappy with this decision and are upset about the way in which is was made. There is a substantial body of evidence based on the Festivalâ
