Currently, 39 states still have a Statute of Limitation on sexual assault cases, whether it's against an adult or a child. According to The National Center for Victims of Crime, 1 in 5 girls and 1 in 20 boys are victims of sexual assault. The traumatic experience doesn't fade away; it follows victims into adulthood. Please sign this petition in order to take a step in furthering the notion to end all Statute of Limitations in regards to sexual assault.
