It's been a long time coming and is well overdue.

The celebration of Guy Fawkes needs to stop!

Every year we read stories about children and animals being hurt. Fireworks are set off in residential areas and law enforcement are inundated with calls that they're unable to attend to all.

I'm setting up this petition to ask you to stand with me to put an end to this selfish and age old tradition.

Please share, sign, and I will send all our signatures to the CoCT requesting that guy Fawkes be banned in Cape Town!!
