WHEREAS Any form of NPC-creation by a player effectively *negates* the premise of the term "Non Player Character"; WHEREAS It is possible that a player may REPEATEDLY create and subsequently abandon newly-created expansion towns to generate a non-hostile, low-level NPC at any desirable location for negligible amounts of resources; WHEREAS The towns that the player creates in this way are essentially an artificial form of multiple-account exploitation-- i.e. a "mock" player from whom to gain resources, experience, and honor; WHEREAS This "tactic" allows a player to sculpt their immediate landscape to their advantage by adding resources to where there were previously none; WHEREAS Information about this function is not explicitly divulged to players during the standard revelation of game mechanics in such a way that all players would be made aware that such a tactic is available to them for exploitation; WHEREAS Players who do not know of the "tactic" must resort to spending actual money on the game to achieve a relatively similar, competitive level of opportunity with those players who have abused the aforementioned game mechanic (and yet still cannot reasonably achieve similar results); WHEREAS The issue has been previously brought to the attention of the game developers who have imposed limits upon it, yet have allowed exploitation to continue unabated in general secrecy as it pertains to new players of EVONY; THEREFORE We, the undersigned, demand that the faulty game mechanic be repaired in such a way that when a player abandons their town it is razed to the ground (disappears / returns to a flat) rather than becoming an NPC city.
