Expel Tim Grendell from the Ohio Senate
State Senator Tim Grendell was elected to the Ohio House in November of 2010. He has two years left on his Senate term and cannot run for re-election to the Senate because of term limits. If Senator Grendell resigns from the Senate to take the House seat, the Ohio Senate will appoint his replacement. Because the Ohio Senate refuses to appoint his wife, Judge Diane Grendell, to the Senate, Tim has refused to resign and be sworn in to the House. Tim Grendell lied to the voters and is playing games with Ohio's state government. But the Ohio Senate can now do something about it. With a two-thirds vote, the Senate can expel Tim Grendell and make him do what he promised to voters, serve in the Ohio House. If you agree that Tim Grendell should be expelled from the Ohio Senate for lying to voters, then please sign this online petition. A copy will be sent to each member of the Ohio Senate. Thank you.
