On the 24th of November we got a letter from the Basketball Association of Eswatini informing us (managers) of the suspension of the ENBL's Head of Competition Mr Melusi Hlophe.

The reasons for Mr Hlophe's suspension has been said to be inconsistency, lack of communication and full disclosure.

As managers of teams that voted Mr Hlophe into office we demand that the BASE explain clearly the reasons of suspending Me Hlophe. Secondly in the interim can the BASE give us a name of who's acting Head of Competition in interim.

This petition is therefore to request the BASE to:

1. Give us reason for HOC's suspension.

2. Give us reason as to why the HOC was suspended at such a crucial time of our league.

3. Give us an interim HOC, if the suspension stands.
