Facebook, as you may know, does not have a dedicated customer service center where you can actually contact someone at Facebook. This is a big drawback for Facebook. Millions of Facebook users would like an actual number and email address where they can reach an actual person.

Since it's beginnings, all Facebook has had was community forums where other users are supposed to help other users, no help from an actual employee. Every company NEEDS a customer service center. That is just common business sense. Yet, Facebook executives obviously lack this common sense.

Please help me in demanding Facebook create customer service email addresses, phone numbers etc. Let's tell Facebook, WE WANT AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER, NOT USELESS COMMUNITY FORUMS.
