We wish to get Austin to make a facebook with the intention of sharing information with people he knows, seeing what's going on with his friends, and looking up people around him. We are doing this for the sake of allowing Austin the chance to keep in touch with his friends and acquaintance on a more reliable media rather that via AIM, which may or may not gain a response, or through phone, which more or less work depending on whether the call takes into account the time zone difference.
