Early childhood educators play a critical role in shaping the future of our society by nurturing and educating our youngest learners. Despite the importance of their work, many early childhood educators are not paid a fair base wage that reflects the value of their contributions. we request Government of Alberta and Employers to help provide better base wages for childcare workers.

its insane that these women are basically raising our kids for pennies. they deserve way more for how hard they work.

PAY THEM WHAT THEY ARE WORTH. daycare is crazy expensive for parents and yet the workers see none of it. fix this already.
