Early childhood educators play a critical role in shaping the future of our society by nurturing and educating our youngest learners. Despite the importance of their work, many early childhood educators are not paid a fair base wage that reflects the value of their contributions. we request Government of Alberta and Employers to help provide better base wages for childcare workers.
