We the Yellow Checker Star Cab Drivers in Las Vegas will commence a strike starting on March 3,2013 @ 12.01AM . It's triggered by the company's unfair labor practices by refusing to provide the union with information relative to collective bargaining.In addition, YCS has unilaterally declared an impasse and imposed its version of the contract on the drivers. Together, we have a refusal to provide relevant information and an imposed contract. We were left with no choice but to move forward with the STRIKE. Please Support us by signing this petition.
