We are aiming to have fathers included in the review for NICE Guidelines on December this year. At present there needs to be better pathways for fathers who also suffer from anxiety and depression during this time. Fathers also suffer from Post traumatic Stress Disorder after witnessing their loved ones going through a Traumatic birth. Fathers also need to be supported if they have a Mental health history.
