- Some homes in our community are not allowed to have fences due to HOA guideline developed when the homes were being built. The homes effected are along Huntley/Dundee rd. We would like to amend the clause by showing the board the community agrees all home should be allowed to have a fence around their property.
- We would also like to amend the cedar fence clause. By signing the petition you would also agree homes can have a vinyl fence.

I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of looking at these outdated rules while your pets and children lose out on a safe backyard. My own frustration grows every time I look out at my property and realize we are still being told how to live. I am currently gathering these signatures to present a formal request for change at the next board meeting.

Seeing this much support from neighbors makes me feel like I finally have a real chance to keep my dog safe in our own yard. The momentum you have all built is incredible and it proves that we are tired of these outdated rules dictating our lives.

Finally someone is doing something about this. Cedar is a nightmare to maintain and the board just wants to make our lives harder.
Ridiculous that they can tell us what materials we can or cant use. My dog needs a yard to run in.
so tired of these rules! let us put up fences. we paid for the house not the hoa.
The HOA needs to chill out. It is our property and we should be able to put up a fence if we want to. Vinyl is way better anyway.
Need this passed ASAP. Way too much traffic on Dundee road and I want my kids to be able to play outside safely.
