Fennec foxes are small foxes that can be kept as pets.They act like dogs or cats and have alot of energy! Fennec foxes aren\'t legal to own in Ottawa but with this petition, we can change the law so we can own them in Ottawa(Ontario)! their not dangerous! thanks for helping!
