Monomoy Regional High School's beloved teacher Ms. Kwon Faith has been told that her contract will not be renewed for next year. She was told by the administration that the reasoning for her being fired was due to the “lack of rigor” in her class and her professionalism. If any of you have had Ms. Faith as a teacher or just know her from a club then you know how much she cares for her students. In her classes she values quality of work over quantity of work, she tries to ensure that her students enjoy the subject matters and truly understand them. She cares deeply for every student that she meets and is always more than happy to lend a hand and help students with anything they need. Her kindness is unmatched by any other teacher, as she provides lunch for students, is always happy to hear students out and above all else offers a safe space in the school. We ask that you sign this petition in support of Ms. Faith, to show that you love her as a teacher and a person. It is our chance to step up and speak for our teacher and to give her the support that she gave us.
