We need to legalize all consumer fireworks in Colorado. All the states around Colorado have used our fireworks laws against us and to their advantage. Utah has just legalized aerial fireworks, and nebraska has changed their law, to legalize anything defined as a consumer firework. The problem is that you can come from another state, buy them legally, and shoot them legally, while Colorado citizens can only buy certain ones.
