Petition to the Congress of the United States: In honor of those who are sacrificing life and limb for us every day, the United States Congress is hereby petitioned to enact legislation which would require that the American Flag, which is flown over every public building in the United States, will be flown at half mast for one full week when a United States soldier has died in service to their country anywhere overseas the previous week.
