With the current situation in Alberta and across the world I have decided to create a petition demanding the release of the FOIP request information for the information
1. Can you please provide the status of any legal vaccine and the if it is experimental?
2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccines that have been fully, independently, and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of these tests?
3. Can you please advise of the entire list of contents of the vaccine that I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body.
4. Can you please fully advise of the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since its introduction.
5. Can you please confirmed that the vaccine you are advocating is not a mRNA gene altering therapy?
6. Can you please advise me the likely hood risk of fatality of covid-19 and the likely hood of recovery from covid-19?
7. Can you please provide me the statistics on deaths of the vaccinated vs unvaccinated and the amount of patients currently in hospital due to covid-19 that are vaccinated and unvaccinated. Make sure to include numbers up until the date August 22, 2021.
8. Please provide in written copy that is signed by the Highest Ranking Medical Officer within the Alberta Health Government Department to confirm its legitimacy. Please waive all fees as this is being made in the name of the public.
