This is to get the kid who killed Fred, charged as an adult. His actions were one that impacted many lives and a community as a whole. He knew that by going to the party with a gun in his pants, that he would be killing someone that night. He made an adult decision, therefore his actions should be looked upon as if he was an adult. This is also for every other person who has lost someone close due to a minor with a weapon. It's not right or fair that they can get away with this. If one minor can get away with murder, why wouldn't other minors think the same? So lets stop this now.
