Her husband has a violent history of abusing her. The stand your ground law should have protected her in this instance, as she suffered a horrific domestic violence attack. She has been incarcerated for the past 2 yrs. We are calling for the immeadiate dismissal of charges, and Ms. Alexander to be freed immeadiately. This is a racially charged case, which is sexist and biased as it relates to domestic violence and black women in particular.
