My name is justin DoBosh and I attend the university of Tampa. I have created a personal trainer company called Tampa Toned because I have a passion for fitness but I am a communications major. I have put a lot of effort into this company such as making a fully functional website, T-shirts, and business cards. I have employed 5 other UT students and we have been working on this for a long time. But today (2/9/12) when I went into our gym on campus called McNiff I was approached by a trainer their who told me I was not able to train people in the gym unless I was a McNiff trainer. However in UT's mission statement they say “Students participate in learning partnerships with faculty and the community through independent studies, internships, re-search, and other practical experiences that complement classroom learning.” But this contrary to what the trainer at McNiff told me. So join the petition if you believe student should be able to pursue their dreams with out being held back by the University they attend!
