the board just confirmed the changes we asked for and the new curriculum guidelines are officially in place. im honestly so relieved that we pulled this off and stuck to our guns. lets keep a close eye on things to make sure these policies stay exactly where they are.

We, the undersigned, oppose the inclusion of Critical Race Theory or equity training as an acceptable educational or cultural course of study in our schools.
We strongly believe that these are divisive issues that are contrary to good citizenship, community standards, proven economic systems and parental wishes.
Furthermore, these topics diminish the quality of life and the mental well-being of our children, they denigrate people of faith, they distort the history of our country, and they degrade the moral fabric of our society.
We, request that you, as our elected representatives, whose function is to provide oversight for the families and taxpayers of CFISD, seek, identify and remove instances of these topics in ALL student and staff curricula, school presentations and extracurricular actvities.

im still getting emails every day from parents who are just as worried as i am about what is happening in our classrooms. the amount of people reaching out with similar concerns proves we are definitely not alone in this fight.

CRT stands against everything that has made this nation great. ALL men are created equal. "Equity" isn't mentioned in any of the founding documents of our nation.
CRT would create an unstable atmosphere. Instead of focusing on the color of ones skin or body parts, how about we go back to the basics- Math, English, Adventurous Reading, Science and Social Studies. People are too wrapped up into politics and fail to see that American educational institute and grades is declining.
Completely against Critical Race Theory. After much ready, I feel this would be more detrimental than positive.
Not in America. Slavery for sure is our greatest sin, and we should not hide our past. However, American ideas have also led the world redemption from this horrifying sin of humanity. Teaching individual responsibility, hard work, entrepreneurial freedom and strong moral character is the answer and has been proven, time and time again. Teach from a perspective of Love, not Hate.
Our children need to be focused on reading writing. and arithmetic. According to The National Assessment of Educational Progress NAEP, which is the largest continuing and nationally representative assessment of what U.S. students know and can do in various subjects, Texas ranks 42 in 4th grade math, 48th in 8th grade reading and 32nd in 8th grade math. Our children deserve to be solid, in the basics. Leave debatable divisive ideologies to your own kids on your own time!

Joined ‘No Place for Hate’ committee for CFISD school and discovered it was CRT indoctrination
