With the EU voting to stop twice yearly clock changes in 2021, Balls.ie is petitioning decision makers to ensure Ireland opts to stick with 'summertime' rather than a permanent 'wintertime.'

The prospect of a year round wintertime would result in the arrival darkness an hour earlier during the summer and this will reek havoc on GAA club players, and most importantly, club players who are trying balance playing football and hurling with getting the silage done. Two priorities that are probably not high on the agenda of the big-wigs in Brussels!
