We, the undersigned members of The Ridge at Wiregrass Ranch community, respectfully submit this petition to request a special meeting of the HOA board for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the idea of organizing a neighborhood garage sale.

As residents of The Ridge at Wiregrass Ranch, we believe that hosting a neighborhood garage sale would provide several benefits to our community, including fostering a sense of community spirit, promoting neighborly interactions, and offering an opportunity for residents to declutter and sell items they no longer need.
