Geroy Simon needs a great nickname, and deserves more lucrative TV and Radio commercial deals. BC Lions fans need something fun to chant. Mascot Soccer needs spicing up. All of these things can be accomplished if one thing occurs: Geroy Simon adopts the nickname \"Mr. Lube\". Think about it: he\'s so darn hard to catch! Play-by-Play announcer: \"Geroy\'s got no where to run and...WOW! How\'d he get by those guys!\" Colour Man: \"Easy, Chuck, he\'s Mr. Lube!\" Can\'t you hear it already Not only is it a great name to say, but adopting this name could lead to lucrative cross-promotional opportunities between the Lions star receiver and the Mr. Lube Oil Change company. TV and Radio Ads featuring Geroy \"Doing it right. Before your eyes.\" would be a smash! On top of all this, fans would, for the first time since Lui Passaglia\'s 2000 retirement from the team, be able to chant \"Luuuuuuuu!\" after a big play. Only now, they\'d end it with \"ube\"! And, as an added bonus, Geroy could take on the Mr. Lube corporate mascot in a halftime show wrestling match. \"Lube v. Lube\"! Battle of the century!
