We the undersigned fans, would like Disney to get their hands on Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., TeenNick, Nicktoons, Sesame Street, the Peanuts, Paws Inc., the Sonic the Hedgehog Movie, and Jim Henson Productions because:

1. Disney can revive many of Nickelodeon’s TV series from the 90’s and release films and crossovers under the Disney banner.

2. They will be able to reunite the Muppets under one banner as Jim Henson planned in 1989.

3. This will put the most memorable comic after Garfield and Marvel in the Disney catalog, the Peanuts.

4. This will allow Disney to produce Peanuts Movie sequels and create new theme park attractions.

5. Disney can be able to recreate Muppet Studios and Sesame Place in Hollywood Studios at Disney World.

6. Allow Disney to create shows based on the properties for Disney+.

7. Diversify Disney’s children’s content.

8. Rerelease many old Muppet specials and the rest of the Muppet Show that couldn’t be released

9. Gain access to a plethora of characters that Disney could use to keep their stock price at a good level so people will want to buy stock.

10. Gain the Sonic the Hedgehog Movie published by Paramount Pictures.
