Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here today to petition against not just the coaches here at Rio Grande's Track/XC team but also against Rio Grande for the lack of help that they have done to get us to a better level. Mr. Jones has been at Rio for almost 50 years and has NO experience whatsoever in cross country. To be exact, his background is football, and does not have a solid backing in any sort of running. Rey Apodaca is just an arrogant bastard who wants what he wants and hates on other coaches and athletes for being given advice. Do we really need this sort of crap for Rio Grande athletics. We have potentially some great runners that can place at state but due to the arrogance and lack of training from these two coaches, nothing can be done. Sign my petition and lets make Rio Grande once again a school that is recognize for its character and discipline. Lets not have two arrogant bastards get away with what they are doing, all they are here for is for a damn paycheck. Lets get rid of these guys!
