Samsung Galaxy 3 is a mid range Android 2.1 based handset that received Android 2.2 update a few months back. After the long awaited update to Froyo, the Samsung has stopped further Development. This phone is owned by Thousands and Thousands of people. This has really good hardware and deserves more. A similar but new Android based hanset by Samsung that is The Galaxy Fit is going to get Android 2.3 upgrade soon. This shows Samsungs neglegency towards old devices. Is there any rule that a Android handset deserves only one firmware upgrade? No right? Kindly support the petition and help Galaxy 3 to move on further. This phone really deserves Gingerbread.
