Many Girlguiding members see their camp blanket as a record of their journey through Guiding and a way of celebrating their achievements. However, at the moment the highest award members can receive, the Queen's Guide Award, is not available in a cloth badge for Queen's Guides to add to their camp blanket.
We would petition Girlguiding to make such a badge available to members who have achieved their Queen's Guide Award. This could be available exclusively through county badge secretaries, in a similar way to the enamel 'every day' badge.
