Gofal Cymru believe's that Wales needs a mental health anti-stigma campaign. Successful campaigns are currently running in England (Time to Change) and Scotland (See Me). Statistics show that the one in four people who experience mental ill health are faced with stigma in their daily lives. We want to help change that. You can help too by signing our petition.
