I'd like Google to change the sign-up age for Google+ from 18 to 13 because of several reasons:

• I, and many people, are interested in trying out Google+,
• I have seen that such "underage" people have received invitations for it and Google+ is not letting them on, and
• All of Google's other services such as Gmail, +1, and Picasa have their age limit 13.
